      We opened a checking account on February 7th. It's now February 25th. We still don't have checks or debit cards. Our direct deposits start there on the first and we no have no convenient way to access our money. People at the bank aren't helpful at all with answers on when we can expect the checks and cards. I hope this isn't indicative of how this bank normally takes care of customers and business. ***EDITED and FOLLOW-UP*** It seems we owe the nice people at OHB an apology. Apparently the issue with the checks and debit cards was with the USPS and not the bank. I received personal assistance and support from the bank owner and the president of the bank in getting the issue resolved completely and in a timely manner. Once we started digging deeper we found the issue was NOT with the bank. Since we've resolved the problem everyone we've dealt with at the bank has been friendly, helpful and professional. My wife and I both give OHB a big thumbs up! Thank you for helping us resolve this issue, even though it wasn't your fault.
