      Ola Properties has managed our Ko Olina condo for years. They have kept it rented consistently and maintained it in great condition. Their accounting team takes care of all the tax filings and associated tasks, so we don't have to. During the pandemic, Ola Properties undertook a number of creative measures to market their rentals and keep units occupied. Ola Properties is a great team. If you own a property in Ko Olina and are looking for a property manager, or you want to lease a vacation property for yourself, look no further than Ola Properties.

      Sorry it was Jed we were working with. I have re-thought my position as you suggested. You advised me to re think my position after we spoke about how unprofessional you are and the company you represent. I shared with you and your corp coming in to this event this was a venture not leisure. I was told by you that I had a 3 day window to move my team to Honolulu due to safe travels Hawaii due to covid not hitting that window. I simply asked for one day reimbursement for the one day that we were promised to be refunded if we didn't make it due to covid test travel. Well we were one day late and Jed tells us too bad!! business is business so no refund! So just be aware that you are dealing with corporations that do not have that ALOHA SPIRIT!! OLA PROPERTIES CHALLENGE ME AND I WILL POST SCREEN SHOTS OF OUR EMAIL CONVERSATIONS!

      So you pay premium prices but you will sleep on a bed that has 100 count thread bed linens and pillows that feel like you are sleeping on popcorn peanuts that are used to ship freight with. Not to mention to try to cook when you have one pan and one skillet. The most absolute disappointment ever! Ola management challenge me on this and I will share pics. FYI THIS IS UNIT 305!!
