      We have been banking here for years. The staff is always helpful and friendly. There are at times new employees that request ID and verification, but that is to be expected. They are only doing their jobs, for which I am grateful.

      MARTEL V. HAS NOT ANSWERED MY REQUESTS FOR OVER 6 MONTHS! I ASKED FOR SPECIFIC DEBIT CARD FUNCTIONS. AFTER BANKING AT ONB FOR OVER 4 YEARS. A NEW MANAGER AT A NEW LOCATION. HE AGREED TO UPDATE MY DEBIT CARD. HE NEVER DID. HE AGREED TO CALL ME. HE NEVER DID. I HAVE CALLED OVER SIX TIMES IN SIX MONTHS. PLUS 4 BRANCH LOCATION VISITS. HE HAS NEVER RETURNED A CALL. NOR HAS HE DONE WHAT HE AGREED TO DO. FRUSTRATED! AND NOW I AM WAISTING MY BREATH!
