      This company will not send out a closing disclosure to the realtor because the builder doesn’t want them to which is insane. I could not find a single Respa or Alta document stating that this could not legally be done! Sounds very fishy to me that possibly the loan estimate and closing disclosure may not align??? The office staff is very professional however this arrangement with a builder is unacceptable. Will happily update this review if I can be provided any supporting documentation otherwise!
