      I've been with Old Second for over 20 years and have never had a problem. They bought West Suburban Bank and suddenly my O2 debit card stopped working. I couldn't pay for anything and had no access to my money. That happened on a Saturday and I didn't finally reach anyone until the next Wednesday because nobody would answer the phone. I used to be able to call the bank and talk to someone at my branch right away. When I finally got through to someone after waiting on hold forever, the woman who answered was rude and said she couldn't hear me. She claimed she needed to transfer me to someone else but nobody ever answered. I tried contacting someone through the app with no success. I called the bank number back later and finally got a hold of someone who told me they were aware of an issue with the debit cards and were working on a solution. How on earth did they let that much time go by without sending a single notification out to their customers letting them know about the problem? I was furious! I read other reviews from people saying the exact same thing - down to the woman on the phone who claimed she couldn't hear them. Save yourself the headache and find another bank. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

      THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONES AND THEY LOCK ME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ALL THE TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
