      I have been with OCU for around 4 years now and have financed 3 vehicles with them. They are always so friendly and helpful, and Lauren really goes above and beyond to make sure that her customers are taken care of. Really awesome!! With our most recent vehicle purchase which was financed through OCU, the folks at the car dealer (which is in Kirkland) had never worked with OCU before and they were complimenting how friendly, professional, and prompt Lauren was compared to so many others they've worked with to help get us through the process. Outstanding customer service - thank you! Highly recommended.
