      I have been banking with them for over 30 years, never had a problem. Since 2011 moving to Richardson TX, the staffing has been to the upmost awesome, kind and very professional when it comes to customer service and support. I just wish they were here in Texas, the shared banking brother/sister banks are also awesome! Been with Omaha Douglas since 1982 with no problems, love and misses you all

      Assisting my Mother on my Father's deceased account. Spoke to Patty who was very RUDE, unprofessional and unpleasant. Even had the audacity to disconnect from my Mother while she was still speaking on the phone!!!!!!!

      Not friendly unwilling to help because i am a shared branch customer . The lobby is closed only drive thru. The credit union can afford for you to just sit in a window earning your pay for not working.
