  OPFCU is the best credit union I have ever been a part of, period. They have a very customer service and personable approach that most places have forgone. Whenever I have a need or question, everyone that assists me has been great. Deb, at the Sarpy branch, has been a joy to work with for over 10 years and has been instrumental in my family using them for more services. Patrick has also been a huge help at the pSarpy branch too. My family has many accounts, including business accounts and loans - shout out to Janne and Ed of the loan department also. Janne made a typically daunting process easy and we are sincerely grateful. I highly recommend Omaha Police Federal Credit Union for all of your banking needs!

  20 Years as a customer, walk in to see if they do mortgage loans in Illinois and they say no, but there mortgage poster clearly shows Illinois and they check to confirm . Ask if they can give a ballpark figure on interest rate as I have already have another estimate from another bank and have my credit score, goes on to tell me I need an application. Call other banks that day and all give me an estimate like I wanted and due tell me will need application to confirm, and totally understand. These people want you to put your application in online for whatever your requesting and not answer customer questions or seem bothered. Never had issues with tellers, very friendly but on the other hand some of there loan officers need a little customer service. Will be looking for another bank soon, that don't seemed bothered to answer a simple question.

  I have used the Omaha Police Federal Credit Union as my primary bank for years. I moved from the Omaha area 6 years ago and have continued to keep this as my bank. The customer service is top notch and they always are helpful with any questions that I have. OPFCU has serviced my loans for all of my vehicles and will continue to be MY Credit Union. Shout out to Jan, Mary, and Ed in the loan department. They are always accessible and take time to answer any questions I have. Thank you for tailoring your service to my customer needs. Anyone wanting to find a bank that personalizes your banking needs and makes you feel like family, bank at the Omaha Police Federal Credit Union.
