Omni settled with the CFPB via a “Consent Order” on December 30, 2020, with no admission of fault, in order to forego a lengthy & costly legal engagement that would have distracted from serving our military men and women. Omni was not involved in any manner in the distribution of the letter and check you received. This was a CFPB initiative.
