      Our loan officer Chris Lambson and our loan processor Ashley Strottner were absolutely amazing. Pleasant people to work with. They go above and beyond in everything they do for you and make sure they can you optimized as efficient and fast as possible. They were on top of all the paperwork and explained things very clear and concisely. We were never kept waiting because of them. They always turned in their paper work as fast possible sometimes within 30 minutes to an hour and would immediately reach out for the next steps. If you choose to get a loan go through Omni lending and use Chris and Ashley they are a power team!

      I wanted to save money on my mortgage payment and get some extra money to fix up something’s in my house. I have needed to get this done for awhile, so whenAshley Strottner gave me my options it was a breeze. She took all the time I needed to understand each option. When we decided the best option for me, Ashley made everything very easy, and worked with my busy schedule. When I closed, my payment ended up being even a little less than I thought.
