      Never explained any of the process to me. I am a first time home buyer and I was left in the dark for the entire experience. I had to email or call 3 or 4 times in order to get ahold of anyone involved with my loan. No one ever explained my appraisal to me m, he didn’t even read it. Then found out it was $4500 difference. After taking to him he had no idea, he never looked at it. Not happy with the way my loan was handled at all. Would not recommend. They did not respond on weekends even after telling me they would.
