  From Start to finish On-Q Financial made the mortgage process soooo easy. The initial application was done over the phone, and all additional steps and processing were clearly explained. Getting documents to them was done via a secure online portal, much more efficient and secure than email. And if we had a question about what specific documents were needed or how to upload something or e-sign documents, someone was always available to help us out. And if they weren't available at that moment, they called or texted us back quickly. They never made me feel as if they were too busy to take my call or answer my question. I really appreciate good customer service and On-Q definitely delivered. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a mortgage company.

  PAINLESS QUICK EASY Those are the best words I have to describe working with On Q Financial and the Shane Miller team. I purchased a house in 2016 and they helped me then. The interest rates dropped so low that I refinanced it now (2021). I don't believe I'll ever have a need to use anybody else when it comes to my financial needs with housing. Do yourself a favor and give them a try... it was actually a very pleasant experience!
