The interest was a bit high even for some of the other lenders out there, but they got me out of a tight spot when I was in need and I now own the car, still very happy with it. They were fast and friendly. They need to post more information on their website, like office hours etc. but other than that was a good experience.

Trying to get help with my recently deceased mother’s vehicle that has a lien with with this company. Ferdinand repeatedly tried to get me off the phone without helping. He finally said he would get in touch with his legal team and follow up after I refused to accept his attempts to dismiss me and my inquiry. He called me back a week later and said they are not interested in helping me because they have broken even on the deal and are not losing any money & that I need to get a lawyer. I explained I am in another state and the car is in possession of someone who my mother (the owner) had a restraining order against. I stopped expecting any help from Ferdinand or his company when he responded with “if that’s true....” Horrible service and lack of empathy from this “manager.”
