  Please, please don't make the mistake of working with this horrible company - they are the most unethical pair of individuals I've ever dealt with. I honestly cannot understand how they stay in business. I lost 2 homes, $4,000, and months of my time. I got no money back, no explanation and no apology. I am so upset that this company continues to operate and keeps doing this to people. They are taking advantage of innocent homebuyers and it's just wrong. I hope someone will do something about them before more people get hurt and lost their hard earned money.

  The APPROVAL letter said "based on the application and credit report we have determined that you are eligible...." Just received a denial letter 30 days later: "On the basis of your application and credit score we have determined that we are not able to extend a loan to you at this time." DAY 10 The appraisal was not ordered when the inspections were completed. DAY 28 Lender asked for another MONTH to close. When I called him, he said that Buyer had paid off debt and her credit score needed to adjust. She didn't have money for Rapid Rescore ($800). HOW did her credit score GO DOWN when the lender, Chris Walker, said that she paid off debt? He wouldn't respond to my texts after our initial conversation. Day 29 they figured out how to get her closed on time (Day 36) Day 30 they sent the denial letter Given these facts, this lender issues FALSE Approval Letters as a PreQualification to submit to Sellers with Offers. As a local Realtor for almost 20 years, I know there are plenty of other lenders in Brevard County that don't have to lie and waste everyone's time and money.
