      Always friendly and helpful. If there's ever really been an issue, it's honestly been on me. I can admit when I'm at fault instead of blaming the bank. I also don't need them babysitting the funds in my account because I'm a big boy.

      This bank has been friendly to me anytime I have went in to deposit a check for my partner. This last time, My partner and I went in to add myself to his account to help with cashing checks when he is unavailable to deposit them himself. So the basic transaction of adding a name on to a already existing plan checking account. No lines of credit or savings account. I was denied being added on because I have credit blemishes that I currently pay on. I hold multiple accounts with bigger well known banks, so this came at a very big surprise and disappointment. I guess this is what you recieve with a small town bank. I gave 3 star because they are friendly and kind, but i find this policy absurd. We will be taking our banking elsewhere.

      Never had an issue until they shut my card off without a phone call when my account was overdrawn. So now I can't even transfer a sufficient balance into my account. Wouldn't have been an issue if they would have contacted my phone number and told me of the issue instead of sending a letter through the mail. Extremely inefficient.
