I wasn’t going to make a review until they said I was the one denied for a loan, I got a letter in the mail today “stating” why I couldn’t get a loan. 😂 I had to get a new car because mine was just eating my money at this point. I thought I’d go to my bank that I’ve had accounts with for my whole life, thinking I’d get a decent loan even though it’s a small back. Turns out I was only going to get a terrible loan with 18% interest rate. I said that seems high and Janelle said that was a normal rate. I said okay fine whatever, I’ll put down a bit more of a down payment for the car to see if that helps… it made it worse! She said I had to pay another $600 down to get an even lower loan amount after that. She didn’t tell me where these numbers were coming from, she wanted me to just pay no questions asked. Instead I applied for a loan with Summit Credit Union and got even more than I needed with a 3% APR, the guy who was talking to me explained everything I didn’t understand and wasn’t degrading me when I asked questions. I told Janelle that I can’t do everything she asks of me and I decided to go to a better place for a loan. I know it’s a small bank but I was kind of hoping for better service here.

Great Bank that the girls thought I was a friend but hey don't donate to act blue or trust Google or Amazon plus PayPal they will close your accounts how left are they. ... politics and poor president of this bank. I Have never been so disrespected in my life and they discriminate against the handicaped . Go figure. Richard S Moreland
