      I cannot express enough how pleased I have been working with Michael Rounds (Senior Loan Officer). I began researching mortgage lenders several months ago. I prefer to work with a local lender and reached out to One Credit Union where I was introduced to Michael. From my very first interaction, I found Michael to be well informed, empathetic and very efficient with his time management skills. I am looking forward to applying for a VA loan next June and I am very confident Michael will take care of us as we go through the process. Thank you Michael for everything thus far.

      Went in to setup a new checking account, was told to call and setup an appointment with someone. Called two different days, left a message, haven't heard from them since. Not exactly a great first impression when you won't assist me with 0 other customers in your building and won't return my call either.

      Worst ever! They will kick you when you are down at your worst and kill you with fees! Closed my account today ....sooo happy to get rid of this dark cloud! If you need a bank....Ally is the best......Onecu is the worst!!!!! Pretty happy with Mascoma as well! 12/14/2021 Any time I learn about banking, I reflect on how much One Credit Union in Springfield Vermont hurt me. Please Please Please stay away from this horrible organization. They will hurt you. Hurt you bad!
