You can trust OneNation Home Loans to do a great job! Completed the purchase of my first home with them and even though I was located in Texas and they were in California the whole process was VERY easy and quick. They gave me a 3.875% with zero points and zero lenders fees on the 30 year fixed loan program which is the lowest I found. Good company!

One Nation Home Loans closed my cashout refinance in 10 days with the lowest rate available! Needed to close quickly due to a divorce and after speaking with my loan Officer David Young I knew I had found the right lender. Dave was able to get me the lowest rate and promised to close my loan in two weeks...I was skeptical but the rate was so good I had nothing to lose. Within 72 hours my loan was approved and appraised had inspected my property. I signed my final paperwork and at and they also sent me a copy two days before I needed to finalize so I could approve everything in advance for no surprises. Super happy!

Thank You to the One Nation Home Loan Team and my Loan Officer Jennifer Cho who helped me purchase my first home in Los Angeles, CA! My loan was not an easy one as I am self employed and did not show much income but Jennifer has a program that was made for me!
