I would never recommend this company to anybody. Theyre such a small company they are Penny pinchers. After doing business with the company I understand why they need every penny they can get! I have not had my vehicle in my possession for 46 days and they’re still trying to charge me my payments with late fees. Throughout business with them their online portal wouldn’t work. Therefore I had to go in every month to make my payments. Additionally last year they added money onto my loan as well. When I called for an explanation they didn’t have one. I guarantee you any company is better than One Source.
