I needed some help with a check that was put on hold and I left a message with the manager, Lisa Day. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly she returned my call, took care of my request immediately, and then thanked me for being a member of OneAZ. As someone who once banked with a large national bank, there is a day and night difference with a credit union. Banks make you feel like a customer and credit unions make you feel like a member.
