  Getting a loan through One Main Financial was a great experience. We applied online and approved right away. After signing the paperwork, we received our loan the next day. They made a stressful situation less stressful.

  I was just inquiring about a loan and they got my information and end up putting it through without my consent and gave me a ding on my credit

  WARNING: I would be careful borrowing from these people, make SURE you are aware of the terms and interest rate BEFORE coming down to sign off on a loan. I took out a 48 month Loan back in about June 2015 when the company was named Spring Leaf Financial, back then the customer service appeared to be great, I've been a loyal customer for about 26 months paid every single payment before it was due. Decided to go back to borrow again to help out a friend 'and discovered that customer service wasn't the same. I asked for a unsecured loan, since the manager on duty was aware that I had a clear title to a vehicle, she tried to push a Secured loan on me with a VERY HIGH interest rate. I told her that I didn't want to put up my title for collateral, and she said...WHY NOT? ITS NOTHING BUT PAPER. ( if the title was NOTHING but paper, Why did she want it)...... It appeared, She tried to take me for a fool. she wanted the title to my vehicle and give me a high rate. When I took out the Loan with Spring Leaf back in June 2015 My credit was GOOD and is better now. It appears that this company will use ANY excurse to help Justify the reason for your Very HIGH interest rate. ** I WOULD TRY TO AVOID BORROWING MONEY FROM THIS COMPANY** If you don't believe me by chance, when you get to the signing part, CHECK OUT THE RIDICULOUS interest rate. (Be Sure you are in a position to walk away from it). IF YOU ARE NOT SHARP YOU MAY LOOSE YOU CAR. DONE WITH THIS COMPANY IM OUT!!!!!!!!!!
