  Lisa was super, she was patient and determined to get me approved , I had to wait 7-10 business days for sum documents and she check it with me almost everyday very sweet lady thanks Lisa

  I received this loan nov 3 ....Awful! They were fine and very attentive while getting the loan but afterwards they went ghost and hard to keep in touch!! They rarely answered the phone and when they did they either transferred or I was on hold for more than 12 minutes! I was moved to another system without my knowledge! I went to make a payment and ended up waiting in the parking lot for 20mins the worker had left! And then she had an attitude once she returned telling me the place was closed when there was no sign and I was there at 2pm they didn't close til 5:30pm!!!! On a weekday!The lack of information from them has cost me a load of interest and Once I am done paying this loan I am closing the account for sure!! And wouldn't recommend to anyone else! Upgrade your staff and professional guidance!!!!!!! I am a person who chose a loan to help with credit I have a stellar payment history but omf has ruined it! Terrible company!
