  When you’re in the market for a loan that is easy to manage and can be paid off early without penalty, Kim at One Main is your go-to source for same-day access to funds for expenses and emergencies that arise from time to time and exceed your borrowing power at traditional financial institutions. 🏦 Kim is friendly, fast, professional, and she strives to help you get the money you need when you’re stuck in a financial situation that requires a quick solution. The only drawback is the advertisements that One Main sends out, which I believe are originated by the company and not the branches, that purportedly pre-approve certain amounts for non-collateral loans, but your experience at the branch may differ greatly and you may have to provide collateral. But that information is unknowable until your application is submitted, and by then your credit has been subjected to a hard inquiry. If the company were forthcoming in the advertisements it sends out concerning secured v. unsecured loans it would boost their reputation and not only that, being completely transparent would benefit customers and branches, and hopefully employees as well, instead of individual employees at the branches taking the brunt of customer dissatisfaction over information that is at best misleading and at worst disingenuous, which is in no way the fault of the people working at branch offices. Perhaps the information concerning the potential for providing collateral is hidden somewhere in the advertisement’s fine print, but no one’s reading that stuff and overall the mail outs themselves just seem to have the effect of cheapening the company which in no way represents the actual one-on-one experience that customers can expect when they visit this location in person.

  Shawn was magnificent in working the numbers for me! He was very knowledgeable, polite and quick. Everything was done electronically so I didn't even have to go into the establishment. I highly recommend Shawn if you need anything.
