  I can not even find the proper words to describe how amazing Angela is from the Harlingen office, she is the true definition of amazing customer service, she goes above and beyond to assist you and walks you through everything making you feel very comfortable! I have NEVER met anyone else with such amazing customer service, you can feel how genuine she is and how much she cares! She is definitely a breath of fresh air compared to other financial institutions, The whole staff at the Harlingen branch is BEYOND amazing, Nilda, and Sandra are just as amazing! This branch is spectacular and I am so glad I have done business with them, nothing but amazing service! From the timely manner in getting everything done, to the courteous service they provide!! They truly make you feel like family

  Employee Neilda Quintero has just rudely harassed my mother for a payment that is late due to my father’s death certificate being delayed. She threatened repossession of a vehicle without the payment - and has unsympathetically blamed my widowed mother for the delay!!!! 😡 how dare you citifinancial....can you get any more uncaring about human life? I just hope none of you ever have to experience the loss of a loved one! This employee needs to be taught some empathy and I hope there will be repercussions for her actions... sincerely a once loyal customer!

  Young ladies working in this office were very polite and made me very comfortable. I truly recommend the Harlingen, Texas location.
