      Rica and Ryan are absolutely wonderful! I originally started my loan with Rica but I do have to call in sometimes and speak with them. They always have explained everything in detail and are always helpful. I have been with them over two years now and never had an issue.

      I never leave reviews!! In fact this is my very first one!! The lady rika is horrible!! She is absolutely rude!! From the jump this lady is so terrible rude!! The other woman I spoke with was very pleasant!! But rika made the entire experience terrible after much undeserved rudeness I no longer wanted to work with them and she decided to say she was going to decline me service AFTER I said I no longer wanted the loan and told her what I thought of her!!

      Asked to have my current loan replaced with a lower interest one. Lady said oh absolutely and it will give you a little cash back (not much). I'm at work trying to work as she is trying to rush me through a lagging website. Long story short she increased my payment by 50 and didn't hardly lower the interest rate at all maybe 1%. They will take every penny from you while rushing you so you don't have time to read stuff. She didnt help me this second go around they basically stole. Will never use this company again
