  My One Main office is in Lafayette, La. My agent is Casey. She was great and very informative. She was always so patient with me to get information to her. I am not the smartest smart phone user and she guided me when I needed. The process was easy peasy. I am so thankful for this opportunity One Main has given me to get back on track. I will refer the Lafayette office to all my friends. Susan Rogers

  Can't speak for all the staff but the ones i interacted with were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They have no respect for social distancing or common courtesy. What a bad experience.

  I've been a customer for a while. Not only did I try to get a loan the other day and was approved, I never received a call back. Even when I was told I would be called back, I never received my loan and had to use another loan company. Very unprofessional and childish. Why asks me to borrow money then not call back. Even 2 weeks later, I have yet to receive an apology or even a phone call saying something. Then about a year ago, I trusted yall to hold my car title to renew a loan as colleratal and when I asked for my title back, I was told it was lost and i would have to pay for a copy. Very pathetic that I had the original copy safe at home and was supposed to be able to trust yall with the title to my car and I cant even do that. Very unsatisfied and yall still use my married name and I've been divorced for almost 3 years now. Will never use yall again. Very upsetting. Cant wait to see yall in a few days and pay yall off and be done with yall for good. I've been a great loyal customer and I do not deserve this kind of treatment. Yall were better before yall became OneMain. Just saying. Sorry for the bad review but I have held my tongue long enough. Very rude people. And very judgemental. Uncomfortable atmosphere when you visit their office in Lafayette, LA. Very disappointed customer....
