  I have always had excellent service from this finance company. They have always been very accommodating in servicing my needs. I would particularly like praise JOEL for outstanding phone service during the pandemic. Keep up the good work.

  Joe is very disrespectful towards people if their a couple days be-hidden paying their loan. He’s very unprofessional, and seems to not take his job seriously. We will not be going back here. I’m rating this place one star if I could do none I would. He’s disrespectful over the phone and wants you to pay there and now, even if you don’t have but 34 dollars to your name in your bank account, they don’t care about customers they want their money. I would not recommend this place to anyone, please research loan places before getting a loan. They have poor customer service. And they DO NOT CARE IF YOUR BARELY SURVIVING as is , specially the way the economy is today. DO NOT GO HERE, this place is a joke. Would recommend other one main places or other loan places but not this one. Just please do your research.

  Just please don't waste your time here you must have an 799 credit score basically to get a loan here and your credit utilization probley has to be at 2% dont say I didnt warn you and get a hard inquirie on ur record for 2+ years dont risk it go to Mariner Finance instead they understand that you don't have perfect credit and maybe need a loan to do something un like One Main FAIL ncial
