      They always have helped me in a friendly manner. They work with you if you get behind. They do make lending human. If you are needing a loan and do not have the best credit they will try to get you improve and have many options!

      My initial experience walking in was good. The woman who helped me was friendly but I would not recommend getting a loan from here. The extra "insurance" they talk you into adds to your loan payment amount and does not pay off your loan as promised if something out of your control happens. The interest and fees are high and the contacts I have had since the initial signing have been less than professional.

      They constantly hound you on the phone. Non stop calling and then if you lose your job they don't pay the loan in full like you are told when signing up for the loan.
