I recently got a small loan. When I went to the office in Wolfeboro, NH to finish the paperwork, Credit Life and Home & Auto were explained to me. I took the Credit Life for $1 a month. Then against my better judgement, Home and Auto were added. After a couple of days, I decided the amount of the loan wasn't worth having the Home & Auto. I called the office to cancel and take the added $30 or so off my payment. I was told I had to cancel it myself but my payment would remain at the higher amount and couldn't be changed. The whole purpose of the loan was to consolidate and lower payment. Now I am stuck with the higher payment. I should have gone with my gut. I feel like I was "talked into" it for quite possibly a side commission. All and all, I am not happy and would not recommend doing business with them at all.
