      If it were possible to give a zero, I would. I applied and received an email and a phone call about 12 hours later saying I was denied for a loan. Then a few hours later I get a call from Cass telling me I was approved (what?). Set up an appointment for 1pm today. I sent in all the necessary documents and less than 20 minutes later, I get Chris calling me and telling me I was denied. To get someone's hopes up is beyond unprofessional. I should have known better. I worked until 3am and woke up early to gather every piece of info I needed. It's bs that one minute they can help you and the next they won't.
