      I've had no problem with the loan process as long as they are making money. Once you get into them paying anything is a maze of red tape and BS. I've kept my account current for 15 years, and always taken out their insurance for various stuff like Loss of employment. Now after 15 years of never being late with a payment, I get months of run around when I lost my job because of Covid. According to One Main, I am still responsible for payments until they make a decision. which, after 3 months, they still trying to avoid paying . It's like they are dragging it out until I get a new job so they do not have to pay anything. after this loan is paid off I will be taking my business elsewhere, even if I have to pay a higher interest rate. Its just not worth the run around.

      They charge more interest than your actual loan! They blow your phone up, even after you've made a payment, they keep calling about the next. I will never recommend them to anyone, ever! Rude, unprofessional, money hungry, they prey on people who are in need and if you miss a payment they will repo your stuff instantly!
