      Needed to borrow more money and OneMain had sent me an offer of more money so I apply online which was picked up by Diane who I had worked with before and she wrapped up my deal quickly and professionally. Diane is very professional but also makes you feel comfortable and confident.

      Joe was very rude and sounded very frustrated at the fact I stated I had high approval odds based off credit karma. He kept cutting me off as I was talking and then included my student loans that are on hold for covid19 into my debt to income ratio also included my balances on my credit cards instead of what I pay monthly which is under $100. Very unprofessional and now I have a hard inquiry because I was hopeful. Never again

      Been a long time customer, needed a little extra money and have never ever missed a payment. Figured I would get the loan and was tot I didn’t qualify do to credit check . Wow was I shocked guess I will pay off my loan as soon as I can and do business somewhere else
