  Wonderfully outstanding and the agent Melissa at the head Branch I believe did a wonderful job and was very patient and everybody assisted me in getting documents uploaded and this is just in fact the first loan I have attempted and I really am very pleased with the high quality of service that you have and so I just want to thank you Robert Dinkins

  I normally do not do this, however quite literally the best people and company for any type of loan. I was looking for months, even tried my own bank as well (who I’ve banked with for 5+ years) who wouldn’t help me. I was trying to get a loan for school- which didn’t accept financial aid. As soon as I went to OMF, they treated me amazingly. Helped me find the best loan and was not rude or ignorant to my situation. Going to anyone for a loan is never easy, however this company was BY FAR the best I could’ve asked for. I really wish I remember their names- I use to have a business card but I lost it. This company helped me through a really hard time and I will forever be grateful for their kindness. Thank you to those workers for their help and thank you to this company for allowing me to go to school. I’ve never missed one payment and it’s been almost a year, and no one else would even give me the chance. I couldn’t be more grateful- wish I wrote this sooner and remembered their names. But THANK YOU AGAIN One Main Financial and the wonderful employees that you have!

  Although I received a much needed loan for me and my family, I do NOT recommend using this place and wish I would have done more research before doing business with such a place. I am not past due on my payments. Yet every time I call in to speak with someone, they talk down to me. If you request to cancel a payment, they will harass you about your whole life story before allowing such action. I was sick for two weeks and needed to delay a payment. Today, a man I spoke with was hassling me about delaying a payment. He kept saying, "your behind payments". Which is false! I insisted I am not and even referenced to my online account. He said to me, "I don't know why your getting an attitude, I bet you didn't have an attitude when you came in here asking for this money!" That was just the half of it, this man was beyond disrespectful and I am upset I have done business with such a morally poor company! Once again, Id like to add that I am NOT behind on my payments, and even if I was, this is still no way to speak to a lady, let alone a customer!
