      Daniela was not helpful at all... both my mom and I applied online and got approved even with collateral. Submitted all documents to then get a call stating loan was denied... no explanation... would never recommend this financial institution to anyone.

      Never come to this company!!! I been doing everything they been telling me, just to waist 2 months and nothing been done. Can’t even get a loan anywhere else because I have them on my title. Even though they gave me the address to put on title it’s somehow wrong. The employees ante nice but I just waisted 2 months and can’t even get anything now I have to go back to down town Houston and try and remove them from my Lien waist more time and money and hopefully in 6 weeks when I get a new tittle I can get another loan somewhere else!!!!! Don’t waist your time
