  Absolutely horrible customer service! This finance company isn't about relationships they are loan sharks and they just want their money. They are not willing to work with you if you get in a hard spot!! They are all about the fees and trying to get more money out of you. I literally went with general customer service to process my payments for the future because they understand when I want my payments ran when I explain it to them. If you want a finance company that won't listen to what you say and then the payment doesn't go through because of it....this is the place to go. They charged a $60 return fee after I swallowed $64 of fees from my bank when they ran the payment 2 times. If they would've listened to me about when to run the payments that wouldn't have happened. If you get paid bi-weekly it isn't hard to figure out the dates on when to run the payments. All I have to say is listen to the recorded words coming out of their mouth when they set the payments up because they are bound to set it up wrong. Good luck! 👍🏼

  My husband and I think they are super friendly They are professional and even though the interest rate may be high then so be it we love doing business with them
