      On Broughton Street , is very difficult to Enter for HANDICAP INDIVIDUALS ,NOT ACCESSABLE FOR WHEELCHAIRS, directly in front of building, door entry is Small. No HANDICAP parking in front of 2 small Doors,and no posting of Parking signs for HANDICAP. I reported this to their Executive offices, and they said,they will address my concerns. Staff ,females ,are Polite and Professional ,Prompt service, when available. But the MANAGER MIKE , is not . He didn't acknowledge me, to accept my PAYMENT, when apparently he was Not Busy. He didn't move from is desk or ask me anything. Poor Customer Service. I also reported this to the EXECUTIVE OFFICES, MS. SARAH. They addressed it ,but not to my Liking. STAY TUNED !!! SADLY he still There. Update , 4-6-2021 Visited today , Now they have one Handicap sign LEANING IN the Corner ,ground signs need paint badly. MS. DANA , took my payment with haste and a 😃 smile,true professional.Was expecting a apology from Management, did not receive one , jus soft Greeting.I guess ,when you call his boses, he found NEW ENERGY . Stay TUNED !!!
