  Customer service ok. If you have to have money then I would recommend. Loaner beware! If you are even a day late, you will receive 5 or more calls a day even if you paid 3 times the amount the month before, and even after paying because I guess they don't see it in their system.

  I definitely don’t recommend using this company. My experience was that I was approved online for a secured loan up to 5400. I would need to have collateral to cover a loan. I asked for a 2000 loan and provided my auto title which was worth 5 times the amount of the loan. I was invited to an office in one of the worst neighborhoods in Dallas county. The company rep. Had me wait an hour while the loan was finalized and he took my car title… then he had step into a closet in the back of the office and wait alone in the closet I didn’t realize understand why and I was told “his work had to be reviewed “ I was like okay.. about 15 more minutes passed by and he came to the closet door where I was told to wait and informed me you know what? Your loan is not approved?? I was like what? It was approved online.. on the phone you said for me to come in to the office with my car title that day.. you had me at your desk for an hour before you put in this closet in back and it’s not approved?? Two days later GEICO insurance emailed me that one main financial went ahead and filed a bogus lean on my automobile and I get a dime from this sorry place. I promise you the staff does not know what they are doing, it’s all subject to fuzzy temperamental grey guidelines.. perhaps it was because I wasn’t a minority borrower.. who could say for sure, I didn’t see any reason I should have left empty handed but it’s fine but they have no right to file Liens on peoples property when they back out of a deal.. I get a loan why are they trying to steal my car now?? I don’t yet but I want to get the word out enter this bogus place at your own RISK!! I have no ideas how difficult it’s going to be for me to get these knuckleheads to get their Lein off my car.. trust me it’s all not worth it!! Avoid this business!!
