  Wow. I never thought a place that is getting such a huge amount of money from people in need, would also be rude as can be. I do not recommend this establishment due to the lack of professionalism and rudeness of staff. Go elsewhere. You're going to get really high interest rates with these people.

  I was expecting my payment to be processed on the 21st and have been waiting and watching my bank account and finally, on the 25th, today, was contacted and told, 'When are you going to make your payment, by one main financial?' This was rude. However, that wasn't the main problem. Since I gave my banking info for automatic debit from my account, at the location before I signed everything, and asked to have my autopayment set up while I was in the office I am troubled by what this small and ineffective branch is really doing behind the scenes. I have a recorded call that has this institution in Sparta saying 'I'm sorry, it was a miscommunication and a error on our part'. I followed by saying well, a late loan payment effects my credit score, not yours or anyone elses so why wasn't I contacted earlier and why was their miscommunication that led to a decrease in my credit score. They said a late loan payment doesn't effect credit scores, which troubles me that they don't even know that simple piece of information. They then said I'm not trying to start an argument sir and tried to make this situation my fault. Not happy with the professionalism or the miscommunication that these 'professionals' . Seeing as one main financial is a million dollar intuition trying to put this mistake on me even after they said it was their fault, was not cool and not a good experience. I do not recommend them as a loan servicer and predict they will be out of business within a short number of years due to the attitude they have on the phone and their mess ups they seem to put on the customer and the fact they exist in Sparta. I can't wait to see what the one main financials response will be to this seeing as I already know they mess up and lie. Seeing as this is a truthful review, we'll see what lies they come up with to excuse their unprofessional behavior or if they just apologize like they should. (never received an apology either).
