      Horrible customer service at the Long Beach location! Called because my loan was paid off Months ago and I'm still receiving correspondence from the DMV saying my registration is past due. The first person I spoke to was unprofessional and rude! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transferred to a unapologetic Jane Memmer, who didn't listen, cut me off constantly, told me my address wasn't on file and was rude and unprofessional also. I was transferred to the "legal department " after arguing with Jane because I asked what department I needed to be transferred to. I finally spoke to Tyler Gwen in the legal department and he was able to help me immediately. I will NEVER recommend anyone I know to the Onemain Branch in Long Beach! Horrible Experience & terrible Customer Service. Employees should be properly trained on how to treat Customers

      It's unfortunate that the only time you get responsive service is during the application process. I have requested to have my agreement mailed to me 3 times and each time I never receive it. In addition, when you call its a roll of the dice with who you speak to and the customer service is terrible if you are an existing client.
