      They only positive to this place is they were the only one to approve me but on the other hand the will call you 4-5 times a day before your bill is due for a week before due date and they will randomly call randomly asking you to loan more money. Aside from that when I asked them to stop calling me so much the call even more. I would not recommend this branch.

      After having troubles with my bank website, (site was down for maintenance) I made my loan payment online as I couldn't transfer funds to make my scheduled payment. One Main was in formed about this. I got nsf from my bank as they continued to try to take my payment. They also charged me nfs because they were not recieving my payment . NOT ONLY DID THEY GET MY PAYMENT, THEY GOT IT A DAY EARLY AND FOR 97.50 MORE THAN I WAS SUPPOSE TO PAY. SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THIS OFFICE WHO ASSURED ME THEY WOULD RESOLVE THIS MATTER. SPOKE TO JEN THE BRANCH MANAGER. SINCE THEN I HAVE RECIEVED TWO MORE UPDATES TAKING ANOTHER NSF FEE FROM ME. AND MY ACCOUNT STILL SHOWING I AM ON AUTOMATIC PAY EVAN AFTER I MADE IT CLEAR I WANTED REMOVED. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.
