      John English went above and beyond exceptional customer service in my loan application process, garnering me the best deal possible which help me to meet and accomplish goals I needed to take care of. Thanks, John and I hope other customers will have the same experience I had. All of the staff at this office were courteous and pleasant. WOW! I thought my original review had posted years ago!! Just signed on and wanted to thank the Kansas City Branch Staff for all that they have done to make me feel like a #1 customer!!! Very professional, helpful and courteous team. Even though I no longer live in the area, they have continued to be of service and assist me with the new branch within my location; here's hoping that this kind of above board service is rendered from the new One Main branch I am now interacting with. Thanks again and keep up the great service!
