  Love the staff and close by is a pond to walk around. Close to the highway and has a big variety of take out food or delivery nearby.

  This morning at 10:05 am, Jennifer from the Conover, NC office called. When I answered, she stated who she was and that I was behind for July, Aug, & Sept. I advised Jennifer I would be making a payment on Fri, Sept 28th, and asked how was I three months behind when I made 2 payments in Aug. I told her I was instructed to pay at least $75 twice (or $150 total) to get caught up. She asked who instructed me to do this, and I told her the blonde that works at the front desk. (I had gone in the office July 26th to ask about auto draft.) I asked her what month was that payment applied to if I was still owing for July, and she said, “oh, I messed up.” She then says, “you owe $1.57 and a late fee.” I told her, again, I would make a payment on Friday, and she asked if I would be paying the total balance, and I advised her not the total but enough to take care of August. I informed Jennifer I’m a single mom and will do my best to get caught up. Then she stated her mom was a single mom and she understood where I was coming from, but then says “maybe you shouldn’t have taken out a $2500 loan if you couldn’t pay it back.” I told her I HAD to get a loan to get a lawyer to get my children back from their father who had taken them from me. I was completely taken back by her rude comment, and told her I did not appreciate her being so unprofessional. She preceded to talk over me when I asked for her manager’s name and contact information. I also asked for corporate’s number, and she continued to ignore my requests. I told her I would not continue to argue with her, and was disconnecting the call because of her very unprofessional behavior. I then called another office and spoke with Annette, who was VERY pleasant and easy to do business with. I appreciate her patience as I went over what bad experience I just had. I have NEVER had to deal with anyone who was so disrespectful before. I will be just as glad to pay them off as they will, so I will not have to go through this ever again!!
