      I am very disappointed in this particular branch, I transferred to this branch only because of moving here recently. The loan representative that originally was handling my account in this office was cordial and nice (Jennifer), but,she was treated very rudely by another loan officer there, in front of me and other customers, it was very unprofessional, and very awkward. I wish I knew the woman's name that spoke to her so snidely, I would put it on here. When I called to finish the loan, Jennifer was on medical leave and a Megan took over my account , she was not helpful at all, unfriendly, and I really felt like she didn't want my business, even tho I was approved. I would not recommend anyone using this branch. I don't plan to ever do business with that branch again.
