      After a problem with my military bank, I missed a payment. I got a call from ruth Ann on the missed payment day. Told her I'll have to call my bank and see what's going on. Well called back and explained what happen and asked if I would still get a $50 charge still if I paid it that day. She was the rudest person over the phone, and the pressed me for details on my personal banking discussion. I liked Terry the loan secure agent. But I will NEVER go back after this loan is paid off. I'll use a different branch if needed.

      Capitalist deception at its finest. Don’t waste your time and money here it will not help you. It will create a revolving debt that you can’t get out of and they’ll call you multiple times a month pushing you to get more loans, as well as not listen to what you tell them when they asking qualifying questions, and make incorrect assumptions that negatively affect people’s financial futures.
