  I barely had time to be seated in the office and I already had signed my application, been given a walk thru regarding the processing of everything, and funds being deposited into my acc't. My app't time with rep was 10:30am & I can honestly say i was leaving out the bldg at 10:50. That's what you call on point.

  Ive been a customer with Onemain for over a year for a $2600 loan with still 2 years of monthly payments still to go! So Id advice you to shop around. Recently I had a financial emergency so I went looking for a loan though credit karma lenders and Onemain kept coming up as my best option. Finally after reviewing the high amount and lower interest rate being offered I decided to give Onemain a try again expecting a bigger loan to consoludate & a lower interest as offered....well I dont need to tell you that although I was approved online in office I was offered little to nothing. They claimed it was due to my income but my income was very similar as online app. My belief is its because I was offered a lower interst rate which meant they would be receiving less money for the loan I currently owe with them...so why give me more and for a lot less? Other than Ive paid my installments on time, for over a year, have fair credit and have demon strated Im reliable? It doesnt take a genius to figure it out so I will never use them again as a lender because theyve proven to me be unfair & questionable lending practice.

  The workers at the location are decent, they were taught to Perform a job by the company following certain rules and guild lines; however I would not recommend getting a loan with this company. The interest rates are insane; you will be paying back 3X more than you actually borrowed and to make matters worse each time you ask a representative they will all have a different answer as to why( trained charlatan’s). I honestly don’t think my contract was honored the way they explain it to you when your signing your paperwork.”READ YOUR PAPERWORK CAREFULLY” before signing anything!!! Your time is one thing but believe me when I say “DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY”!!!
