  Brandy was great to work with and the online application process was easy to use and follow. Fast service and a great place to work with. She called me back before the hour she said it would take then stayed on the line to walk me thru the digital signing and explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what my loan agreement was as far as payments, interest rates and length of loan. I asked for a specific date every month for automatic payment withdrawal and it was no problem. I would definitely go to them or recommend them.

  This place is a complete joke. The people who work here are incompetent, rude, and not fit to work in finance. I definitely do not recommend doing business here.

  Began online yesterday (Sunday) with an approval for a secured loan. Spoke with Becky Monday morning and gave her all of the info she needed and even read the totals of our pay verbatim. She stated that they would take the oldest paycheck stub that was no older than thirty days... Luckily, our best paycheck was EXACTLY thirty days old SO IT HAD TO BE DONE TODAY! My hubby, the breadwinner, had a tumor removed and is out of work for three months with an income of only 70% of his pay... And so the need for the loan. I told her ALL of this. She stated that we definitely could use it, but only if it were done THAT DAY. She stated that we were rated "B" which was GREAT. She said she'd call back in an hour. Three hours later, I called back and she said it was still processing. She said to call her back in another hour. I called back at 3:30 p.m., and her co-worker said Becky had gone to lunch. Becky called me back at 4:03 p.m. with LESS THAN AN HOUR to get all of our documents into them. Then she started going over the numbers she entered into the computer... Which were all wrong. I told her she must have our file confused with someone else's. She said, well, y'all aren't approved now without hard collateral (???). I said that those weren't even our numbers that I told her. Instead of asking us to come in and show her our documents, she started telling at me about her private life and that her father had died today and that she had to bury him in three days and I don't know what she's going through...I was flabbergasted... And concerned about her mental state. I told her that we were so sorry about her dad... But that it was none of our business and had nothing to do with us getting a loan... Then we told her not to worry about us ever coming up there... And we blocked her number.... She was CRAZY. She should have taken a personal day instead of taking it out on potential customers. Definitely NOT going back here!
