      Worse place to ask for a loan, I made 2 appointments and they couldn't find my appointment. The second time I went for my appointment there was no one there, all thr lights were on. Then a lady passed by me and went to the back door and ignored me when I knock to let them know I was there for an appointment. One of the worse place I been to and terrible people, going to get my loan from a different place now so I won't have to deal with nonsense.

      Beware beware beware!!! I was treated like a criminal. First I had an appointment and they put me in the back Room and left me there for an hour. finally the rep I had an appointment with touched base with me and then left and assisted other people. When I came out to see what was going on another rep told me I could either stay in the back room or sit in the lobby. Then my rep came back and asked me did I have more paperwork to provide after I had confirmed that everything I needed was already provided. Most of all, when finalizing the loan my interest rate jumped 10% from what the paperwork said I was approved for. When I asked the rep why, she said because it was an unsecured loan. but the previous paperwork said it was lower why didn't you tell me it was going to change. She wanted to fight me on the increase. And then there's a $75 application fee. I asked the rep why did you not tell me about the application fee. the rep said that every bank charges an application fee. That's a lie. she fought me saying that I paid an application fee with other bank loans and I told her I did not. These guys are total crooks and will steal from you and lie to your face.
