      I've had two loans with these guys. They hardly ever answer the phone. It's really annoying. But sure they'll be calling when I don't need them and ask would you like some money? No I have a loan with you guys already. I leave voicemails with no call back. At least I just paid my loan off, hopefully, if it was the right pay off amount that I was trying to call about today...

They make sure you understand everything before signing anything and no question is stupid if it is going going to make you comfortable and understand your situation better.
