      They will use the excuse "short Staffed" to justify poor customer interactions. Just because you are short staffed does not excuse you from being rude in the moment. They will guilt the customers for bad interactions rather than looking for solutions. It seems from a customers perspective that this branch is trying to work and not trying to care about the work or the people that it impacts. They are quick to tell you things can't be done when they likely can. They need serious training with regard to interpersonal skills and empathy for the customer. They seem overworked and underpaid. I hope they can figure out a solution soon, as the employee's are likely the ones paying a price for being in that environment.

      Don’t do it ! You will pay for ever and ever. I will never borrow money from this company. They don’t care about the working people they just take advantage of them robbing them blind and charging the highest interest rate they can get away with.
