      Been trying to get a loan from them for over a week (maybe two) now, but they’re so inconsistent and unresponsive I’m honestly impressed they have a job in customer support. I was pre-qualified and submitted the documents they’ve asked for, wouldn’t hear from them for a few days so I called back to see if there was any progress, then randomly I was told they needed more documents, so I submitted those as well. Didn’t hear back for some time AGAIN so I called to see again what the status was. And it seemed no one bothered to even check if my documents were received and if my application was being processed. I received random phone calls here or there while I was at work but no one left a message to give me an update or a direct extension I can call. They seem very unprofessional and slow so if you want faster and reliable service and communication, One Main Rolla is not your guy.

      Poor choice, should've talked to a different branch that wasn't judgmental and rude. Its all good though, I'll have to take time out of my day now to let corporate know how rude they are.
